I got directed to this app through the shadow work journal. it made it seem like they went hand in hand, and that it would be part of the experience. every time I clicked on something, it took me to the purchasing screen. there was very little you could do without purchasing. what was available, was already offered in the book. the one thing that would have been helpful, was the digital tracking. I'm sorry, but I purchased the journal, the book, I am not purchasing this as well.

Not upfront about the app having a subscription cost until you've given the app your information. Deceptive at best, malicious at worst. Makes me second-guess if I want to keep the book it accompanies or not. If this is how the author is and not just an app dev trying to wring blood from a mentally ill stone, I'm not sure how much I trust the book anymore.

Needs a widget! I am also one of the people who find it frustrating that you need to pay in order to use all the features. Plus it's a subscription rather than paying a one time fee! I get you have an accessibility thingy, but what if someone doesn't qualify for it & it's only for 1 year. If you're truly trying to help people I think it would be better to rethink your pay wall! Better off buying a shadow work journal off Amazon!
