Ratings and reviews

No more bulky passphrases to worry about losing. With cloud backup and a face mapping option, the only thing you have to worry about losing is your face, and surely everyone takes that with them. Customer support team is also very helpful and professional and available inside the app with one click (yes, I know this because I've already interacted with them). I look forward to being able to store additional assets in the future. Keep up the great work! :)

So far I think the app/service is well done, I like the layout and it's easy to navigate. Unfortunately I don't believe this is the crypto app for me, mostly because the minimum is $100 and that's just way more than I'm willing to spend, although that's more of a person finance issue and not their fault, it's just a shame. Other than that, I would say the biggest (CON) for me is the app will say oops error and I have to close and reopen, in order to go back to where I was.

Your previous logo and UI is far better than this new black or white and orange theme with an uglier logo. This isn't a good thing, don't fix it if it's not broken. All that was needed is a dark mode and not a radical change! The least you could've done is add extra themes for us to select from, including the old theme.
