Update issue Whenever I log in, the app displays a message of a new version which requires an update. Nothing is there to update I will simply advice that, that aspect be look into for better results.
I can't use it outside Nigeria The app is ok. The challenge I think am having here is dialing of code. Its disgusting. I was unable to make transfers. The code not working. I don't even like the idea of using a code confirmation. Its disgusting. My other bank ( diamond bank) don't use any code dialing confirmation. You can use it anywhere, in Nigeria and outside Nigeria. Zenith bank should please do something about that. You are bigger than that.

It's funny how Zenith responds to only good reviews. I can't do anything with the app. As a 1st time customer I am required to dial a code sent to my registered phone to initiate a transfer, I dialed severally and it keeps saying request not completed. Why will you make things difficult for users? Thank God for ATMs. I will take all the money out.
Must be some sort of bug Each time I open the app, it displays a message that "a new version is available on the play store". The problem when I click the link which rightly takes me to the play store, there is no update.
Very easy and user friendly Love it but there needs to be a way to verify account numbers before paying, also I've not been able to log in throughout the weekend and I needed to make some important payments especially when I had to go to the hospital! That was a mess up!
