Garbage. Had the lights installed connected perfectly. spouse shared account with me to be able to change the lights.Everything is locked up and it can't find the lights. Tried everything unplugging for weeks, reset multiple times, delete and start new one. NOTHING WORKS not even the remotes. Customer service goes back and forth after telling them I have already tried all their suggestions. Now im stuck with lights installed on my home that I can do nothing with. Half white half light color.

We purchased these lights right before the beginning of the new year to celebrate Christmas and the New Year and we love them compared to more expensive options we don't regret it one bit. We were skeptical at fist but once everything was up and running we had a great experience with these lights, to us it out performs professionally installed options. We love the fact we can control the from any where. Thanks for a solid product for the price.

I really like the Surplife app when it works, but the problem is that it only works for a couple of days before going offline again. Every time it disconnects, it’s a long and frustrating process to get it back online. I’ve reset everything, reinstalled the app, and followed all the steps, but the same issue keeps happening. I love the idea of the app, but the constant offline problems make it almost unusable.
