The app is a bit slow to sync up when you first open it. I also had trouble connecting it to Google when I first set everything up. Some of the pre-programmed lighting options are, sorta basic, and unrelated to their categories. imo. The custom configurator is a bit clunky and difficult to understand. Again, imo. But if you can figure it all out. It's a VERY useful app. It opens up a TON of options for whichever light you're controlling. I just can't give it 5 stars because of the clunkiness.

Garbage. Had the lights installed connected perfectly. spouse shared account with me to be able to change the lights.Everything is locked up and it can't find the lights. Tried everything unplugging for weeks, reset multiple times, delete and start new one. NOTHING WORKS not even the remotes. Customer service goes back and forth after telling them I have already tried all their suggestions. Now im stuck with lights installed on my home that I can do nothing with. Half white half light color.

The rope lights are pretty basic and work great with included remote control. The app, however, is pretty much useless. The app interface is very similar to other apps (Feit & Geeni), but is much less friendly. There isn't any way to actually customize the lights, just basically selecting from some they have provided. I deleted the app and will just use the provided remote. I definately do NOT recommend this app. Does not have support for Halloween colors (purple & orange combos) in the app.
