Don't waste your time with this app. Accuracy in tracking previous appointments made through the app has always been inconsistent, and now I can't even log in. It tells me there are multiple users with my login email, so it asks for the first name associated with the account. When I enter my name, it tells me there is no user by that name. I only have one name, and I haven't changed it. Ridiculous.

I can make appts. but I've never been able to check in on the app. Now it says location services will alert you that you've been checked in, which it didn't, but the front desk said I had been. Would be nice to have a pop up when I'm waiting outside. The most frustrating part for me is the payment. I have a card stored in the app, but when I try to pay with it, it says "payment details not found." I have to resubmit the exact same payment info again to be able to pay.

This app great. It works great, no hiccups. The only negative is that I can't delete old gift cards that I have used. Every time I buy a new 1, it's added to the gift card section. The list on my app is VERY LONG. Everytime I go to checkout after an appt, I have to go on my app and scroll through ALL THE OLD(USED) gift cards and find 1 that has value or not used. With the updates this app has us do, I would think someone in the IT DEPARTMENT would find a way to get rid of old gift cards.
