This app is super barebones in terms of functionality and design. Sometimes it works. Other times it freaks out, uses entirely different colors, and that means it needs to be force killed and restarted. It doesn't work when offline which is a bummer. Definitely feels like it's an after thought but sadly there's no actual web interface either. Hopefully it'll get some attention someday...

I've recently switched from iOS to Android and it's good to see that at least Zen Planner is consistent on both platforms. It Launches only 50% of the time the first time, usually requires a force quit and restart combined with needing to restart your phone or do a complete reinstall once every 2 weeks. SAME ON BOTH PLATFORMS! A+ for consistency! It's meant to do one, relatively simple thing, reserve and cancel classes- it can't even do that well because of the crashes. What is worse, I personally give them my money every month as a gym owner who unfortunately uses their system. I've provided feedback and get the equivalent of "noted". But switching systems of 200 members is like a very ugly divorce, I am looking for alternatives. If you are a gym owner, pick something else!

Subpar at best. Whether it's by the coaches or app design, you can't keep track of everything you do. For example, if the programmed benchmark is specifically a "squat clean", there is not an option to record your results under squat clean and therefore you have to instead make two entries in both "clean" and "squat clean" if you hope to look back on those results at a later date. I'm sure this app helps gym owners collect money, but it does nothing beneficial for gym members.

Hey Jonathan, your coaches can build their own library of skills within the app to log results. We recommend letting them know, which movements you need and they will be able to add them. Appreciate your feedback!
