There's no way to reach rider support. If a customer's order was made by mistake, you need to wait over 45 minutes near their location until Zepto rider support contacts you , zepto don't care about the riders . There's no facility to deposit Cash on Delivery money in-store; I need to use a bank deposit machine, or I'll remain checked out. The issue is, the bank deposit machine doesn't accept many paper notes. I don't know how Zepto assumes I'll have around ₹5,000 in my account.

Zepto is totally a fraud. I decided to join the Zepto Delivery Partner app to earn some money. During registration, the app asked for a ₹1200 joining fee, which I paid. After completing the process, I went to the store I had selected, but the RSI informed me that there were no vacancies and that they could not onboard me. I raised a complaint through the app, but it has still not been resolved, and no one has contacted me so far. This experience has been very disappointing.

I love this app. The consequences of enrolment is limited! Thank you for returning. They use grabpay, but, Not being unable to use the app when it's syncing because literally stop responding until it's done. This is awesome happens pretty much every time you open the app start stop attention so it was real time-lapse to use. but now the store to download! I've used to keep my watch and laptop and now waves on my phone as well. Those new features were add extra time for new pass and efforts.
