Bought some peas during the month of January, which is the season for it. Got rotten ones and raised the issue with them. Sent them at least 10 pics of those peas and they kept asking for more pics. When I gave an ultimatum that you better assist or I am deleting the app. The support person just asked to share the feedback and closed the conversation. No other option but to delete the app and move on to better service providers like Swiggy and Blinkit.

Zepto, can't you respond quickly for any payout related issues. I raised tickets 5 days back but till today there is no response. If there is an issue related to your app and app service, immediately you will respond. Give importance to payout related issues also.

Not for part time it is mandatory to login 8 hours. I am an student I have started this work as a part time and that's my mistake ,for every order the total delivery pay is rs15 and if we fail to complete any slot or shift it deduct incentives. It is very bad to hear but they cut money from our payouts. Worst experience ever , it is not a part time job .
