I've had a consistently positive experience with this app. It functions seamlessly, and the customer support I've encountered has been satisfactory. The services offered are impressive, but I think the addition of a feature to switch accounts would be the icing on the cake. Investing in this functionality would elevate the app's usability and convenience to the next level.

Dear Team, it is with immense sorrow that the application is crashing everyday and can barely open it. It keeps on showing biometric error unable to login even with otp it is not being able to login. I had planned some investments to be made but the app doesn't open hence I cannot initiate the order. this is really irritating kindly look into it

The only drawback is that the NAV for mutual funds doesn't update regularly. While other apps in the same category show up-to-date NAVs, Zerodha is often stuck with data that’s 3 days old—especially for international funds. This delay can be frustrating for users who want to track their investments in real-time.
