Every salesperson should own this!
Good app, intuitive and simple. Somehow too simple, as largely reduced functionality affects the ability to work in the go. I hope to see a "check in" option soon to log a meeting or a call to a client. Calls are only recorded if you start from the CRM, which is time consuming and not at all useful. The App should pick up Calls automatically, or at least there should be an option to do that. Check in function would really help to keep track of actual meetings. Also the option to copy a Dropbox address for attaching emails to projects should be easy enough to add as a function? We send so many emails from the phone....would be useful to track other types of messages such as Whatsapp and social....Thanks!! 😁
We like the web version, but... No one on our team likes the app. The contact's phone number and address should be interactive. Why can't the address be hyperlinked to Goggle maps? Maybe tap on the phone number to place a call?
Cost effective with loads of functions! Have been using since I set up my business in 2011. Continues to improve
For the $12.99 monthly, it gets the job done but Capsule is not very visual, the app and web site vary in capability, and neither get developed regularly.
Just some design updates and fixes in this release.
• Updated the design of the settings screen
• Updated the height of the search box to make it easier to tap

• Fixed an issue where the organisation name wasn't updated for a person when updated on the website
