مرحبا، أواجه مشكلة في قائمة "المتابَعين". أنا أتابع 257 حسابًا، لكن في الوضع الافتراضي لا يظهر إلا حوالي 30 حسابًا فقط. وعند تغيير الترتيب إلى "تاريخ المتابعة: الأحدث"، تظهر شاشة بيضاء فارغة ولا تظهر أي حسابات أو تحميل. حذفت التطبيق وأعدت تثبيته وسجلت الخروج ثم الدخول، لكن المشكلة ما زالت موجودة. و ارجو وإصلاح هذا الخلل. شكرًا لكم.

صراحةً أنا ندمان إني ضيعت وقتي في التواصل مع الدعم. مهما تشرح مشكلتك أو تحاول توصل لهم وجهة نظرك، الردود كلها متكررة وكأن لا أحد يقرأ ما تكتبه. لا يوجد أي اهتمام حقيقي بالمستخدم أو محاولة للوصول إلى حل. كنت أعتقد أن TikTok يقدر مستخدميه، لكن بعد هذه التجربة اكتشفت أن الدعم مجرد رسائل جاهزة لا أكثر. شعرت أن طلبي تم تجاهله بالكامل رغم أنني تواصلت بكل احترام. هذه التجربة غيرت نظرتي للتطبيق بشكل كبير، وأصبحت أقل رغبة في استخدامه أو التوصية به للآخرين. أتمنى أن يتم تحسين خدمة الدعم

تم تقييد حسابي مؤقتًا من إرسال واستقبال الرسائل المباشرة منذ 4 أيام. لم أرسل أي رسائل مسيئة أو مخالفة لإرشادات المجتمع، وحدث التقييد أثناء محادثة عادية مع صديقتي. لا أستطيع إرسال أو استقبال أي رسائل منذ ذلك الوقت. قمت بتحديث التطبيق وما زالت المشكلة موجودة. أرجو مراجعة التقييد وإزالة الحظر إذا كان قد تم بالخطأ.اتبعت جميع الخطوات المذكورة وقدمت الطعن، ثم سجلت الخروج من الحساب ودخلت مرة أخرى، ولكن ما زلت غير قادرة على إرسال أو استقبال الرسائل المباشرة. مرّ الآن 4 أيام على التقييد. أرجو مراجعة الت
