Just bought the device and it doesn't connect it's GPS. It shows another location somewhere in China. There is no process to create an account and any change in settings you want to make requires to input your login details like email, phone number etc, things you never gave to have an account created through the codes they give you... I think there is a bug and our data might not be safe anymore... ... And it took ages to get installed. Never had an app to take so long to get installed

can't even create an account to log into. junk app for junk GPS devices. this is what happens when you buy something and rely on their app to make it work. total fail. I'll return the GPS devices and buy from someone else. I can't imagine how many people bought their GPS devices that no longer work now

this app won't even function. it crashes immediately. Thought bigger successfully setupba account then it wouldn't let me log in. I've tried everyday to log in and I even used the imei last 6 to change password which it said it worked. but will not let me log in or reset password. and and hitting demo just crashes the app. I paid a lot for this gps and this app is garbage..
