Mixed between return and trying to figure out how to get all of it to work. Can't get the weight kilogram to go to pounds, weather can't figure out how to set it and how you get it to light up with out touching it, blood pressure isn't transferring to bp page. This watch has more than anything I've tried. I bought it for it's functions. Finding another smartwatch like this isn't easy. Usually I can find a YouTube video to help but none go far enough. Manual doesn't go in detail about functions.

The only positive thing I can say is that the heart rate and ECG waveform appear to be acceptably accurate. I work in a medical facility and I have compared the device/app to the professional medical grade equipment. The blood pressure is consistently 20-30 points high. The displayed ECG waveform itself is similar, but the graph paper on which the waveform is displayed is not medically accurate. It always shows 3 big boxes between beats regardless of rate. App needs a lot of work

Syncs with p12 smartwatch easily, just press 'jump' at the login screen (no account needed). Sadly this watch shows wrong blood pressure and no provision to calibrate the watch against a medical BP cuff exists in the software, so most of the data is bogus. Also some the menu's appear in chinese so I dont know what I'm clicking half the time. Maybe I can find a use for the watch without the software, but at least the software got the correct time to show on the watch. Disappointed in the hardware, and the app.
