The app is completely broken now after last update. Cannot save ANY changes in the app at all. Can't change units to imperial, can't change health stat refresh to 10 minutes, basically anytime you try to change any setting the "sure" or "save" button is there but is not able to be clicked on. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no help. Please fix the app so it is usable again, right now it is a total waste.

Just crashes over and over. Used to sort of work, the modules don't really make a lot of sense but I only needed it to monitor my heart rate, but even that was only ever semi functional at best. There's no way to customize anything, there are no notifications you can set to let you know if your ring is low battery, no notifications for abnormal heart rates or whatever. Just all around sucks.

won't open anymore. opens and immediately closes. very disappointing 😞 I emailed the company and they reached out to me very quickly. With their help we got the APP working again. Unfortunately I lost all my data but at least it is functioning again. I really love this ring and hated to give up on it!! Their response was very quick and helpful. Very pleased with the results
