Ratings and reviews

I do not recommend this app at all. They take your money, but when it's time to cash out, they hold your payment and ask for excessive evidence. Providing invoices and quotations is understandable, but they also ask for the client's bank statements, email conversations, phone number, card transaction details, and proof of service delivery. This information is highly sensitive and should not be shared with a third party. My payment has been stuck because of these unreasonable requests

Very confusing cashback and balance system. I made an Ounass purchase expecting the cashback to apply instantly because nowhere was it clearly stated that the cashback would only be credited on the next billing cycle. Yesterday my balance showed around 129 AED, matching my calculations, but this morning it suddenly changed again. Support later explained the issue, but balance changes and cashback timing should be communicated much more clearly inside the app.

Here's my detailed review - The statement of the card gets overwritten on refunds (So instead of -10 and +10, the -10 becomes 0) making it harder to track refunds - The bank connection pings my Mashreq bank account every day using Lean technologies with a login detected message - The top up from bank account takes time and sometimes fail Forex markup is 0 are good and the customer support is responsive but gives mostly templated answers. Time to response - amazing Time to resolution - not good
