Incorrect address choices on the drop down menu for the barangay, which may cause an issue with the delivery. I also did not see an option on where I can place notes or additional info to aid the delivery. Overall the experience using the app was smooth and easy, am now just waiting for my order to be delivered to give the final verdict. Update : The size of the shirt I received was wrong. Returning the item and requesting a refund was not easy and very stressful.

This app has nice filters, but that the only nice things I could say. Overall, I have a disappointing experience. I thought Zilingo offers trusted service like another shopping app that start with letter Z, but I couldn't be more wrong. Zilingo sent me clothes with wrong size. But then, it's said I can return the products, so I thought, well perhaps it's not so bad. Wrong again! But in the end, I did get my money back.

Love the app and the free shipping! Delivery can take time (about 2 weeks) which is understandable since it's free. Although, some of the products are too overpriced. If you stick to the prevailing market prices, i would probably uninstall my other shopping apps and stick to this one. Also, I hope you update the app so we can add ratings to the items/sellers. And I hope more great deals and coupons! ♡
