Personally i do not care for the new interface - its cluttery and complicated looking. And even more unappealing, is the fact that since Zillow made this change the number of available rentals in my price range has dropped dramatically. There used to be a wide variety of rental units in all price ranges, but now it seems that they are mainly only listing the high end ones which excede my budget. Trulia and Hotpads are now my go-to sites for my search.
This app constantly states it requires access to my calander, contacts, phone, camera, sms, microphone, body sensors, and storage to operate properly. I hit cancel and it works fine. Until I load another page, when the same warning pops up. Then when I go back to my listing, the same warning pops up. Then I go to close the app and low and behold, the same warning pops up. It doesn't NEED access to run fine, it just won't stop pestering you until you allow it. Trulia is better. Uninstall.
Pet owner frustrations I love being able to draw a circle around my interest area, but the filters are lacking. Seriously, if I use the key word Pets, I get the "no pets" along with the "pets negotiable". Filters need to include things like Lease required and Pets considered.
I just started using this site as of last week but I'm satisfied as of right now. It's really helpful especially when you're not familiar with the area.
Keeps it simple It's already stressful with just the idea of having to move but this makes it a little easier instead wasting gas driving around.
Great App I've used Zillow to find my last 2 homes. It makes it easy with search options, notifications, and easy contact links. My only complaint is sometimes it's Too helpful! ;) Definite Must Have if looking for a rental!!!!!
For every home, you’ll now see two new features - a map view displaying Lot Lines, and a Media Gallery which makes it easier to glance through all the photos at once. Please continue to send your feedback to email@example.com. Thanks!
