Pay your parking meter quickly and easily without the need for coins.

Available only for Ecoparq parking meters and in Playa del Carmen for now.

Always enter your complete license plate.

Stable internet connection required.

The app uses your phone's location to verify if you are in an Ecoparq area and allow you to pay. If you are not in the area, you will not be able to pay. You can extend your parking time by tapping the vehicle on the map, even from another country. Remember to wait at least 5 minutes before the extension.

The app will send alarms when the time is about to expire, but be sure to grant battery permissions to avoid disabling alarms based on Android policies.

Doesn't work at all. I was able to set up my account, but it didn't allow me to pay for parking. Then I exited the app and came back in to try again and it won't recognize my account as verified. I'm stuck in a verification loop. I finally had to borrow change from a bartender to pay the meter. Waste of time. Edited: They responded that I need to verify my email in order to use it, but they're not realizing that I tried that at least 10-15 times before writing the review. It doesn't work.

App keeps closing and gives me an error that it has a bug. I uninstall and reinstall, and it hangs then closes again. I've also recharged before and money was deducted from my account but account was not recharged. I logged a complaint and sent the proof it was deducted from my account and they told me they need the transaction number from my bank which I could only get by calling my bank. It's convenient when it works but that seems to be rare these days.

did not work for usa phone number. nor did it connect to whatsapp. they sent back a message to me, that i needed to diaable wifi. it was already disabled. even if it was enabled, the messages should have arrived eventually via sms or WhatsApp, i never recvd a single message. i have tried with wifi enabled, no wifi enabled. whatsapp doesnt recv a message, sms message never comes through. i am having no issues receiving messages from other businesses in mexico via whatsapp. My SMS messages are ok
