Manage your Ziply Fiber account right from your smartphone or tablet with myZiply. It’s full of easy-to-use tools and features that put you in control. View and pay bills, check past billing statements and payments, and make updates to your account settings. You can also use myZiply to contact the Help Center when you need service support, or you simply have a question.

It also has additional control features that let you check the status of your service order and reset your modem or TV set-top box.

Happy to have ziply but this app is garbage. Yeah I get my billing statements however pretty much every other feature is half baked. There's no control on my router, no links back to the main website not direct message option and no way to access anything for address change or plan change. Seems like this app is just not completed yet and could really use some direction and updates.

This app has been an epic failure. When I acessed the app it read that my status was unavailable. It read that the router was not connected to the server. It then listed a number for technical support which turned out to be a number to Frontier. I ended getting the correct Ziply number from the Frontier worker. I was able to get a Ziply technician to come out to my place and the service was excellent! Learned that the Ziply app is the problem, not the router at all.

This app DOES NOT WORK. I phoned Ziply Fiber tech support (I'm a customer) and they are fully aware that their app does not work. It tries to connect to the Ziply WiFi 6 router but fails. If you are a Ziply customer, don't bother installing it. They don't have a clue when it might be ready for prime time.
