Brand new customer. Speeds are great. The website and app are trash though. I've tried setting up paperless billing and autopay to save $20 a month on my bill with success, then after refreshing the page it says they're not set up anymore. Pages take forever to load. Customer service is aware of the latency issue but can't do anything about it and can't set up paperless/autopay for me over the phone - they told me I have to set it up on the website!

I looked at my balance and was seeing charges that had been paid. I was able to chat with the support team and finally figured what the problem was. Something along the lines of the payment processing system needing to be worked on. Even tho my balance was showing a crazy$, it's being fixed. In reality, my payments were made, and he did say the whole program should be fixed before the end of the month.

It worked great for me first week. Now it does nothing. It won't run any speed tests. It shows I was billed on July 26, but shows zero balance. It won't allow me to set up autopay. It sends me a notice I'm limited to a speed test because I may not have their router. Which they setup. It doesn't show what devices are connected. A technician came out and everything seems to be working. He showed me how to do a speed check through a browser. If I have to do that why have the app. Ziply fix your app
