The app is easy to use. The user do not need piror understanding of the app interface to navigate through the app. Nice looking design. However, the chart is quite difficult to look at and its boarder fall under my phone protective film boarder. So, I have to look up the chart on my laptop. Please consider the safe zone so that user can view the chart clearly.

Zipmex has many good things to offer, but you have to improve your server first. There are endless error here that required us to reinstall the apps a thousand times. 1. Balance often not updating, 2. Already placed BUY and it said it's succeed but eventually the order not placed and the transaction history not include our new BUY.. in short, we can't do transactions, 3. Transfer between Trade wallet & Z wallet often stuck, error, can't be done, 4. Reinstall app often not helping with the errors

One of the worst exchange apps you can find. So much budget put on PR and advertisements, but still lacks behind in app development. Always lag, sometimes money in my wallet doesnt update and have to wait for deposits to go through, always under maintenance almost daily, app freezes often, no feature to add 'Favorite' coins (They keep saying they're working to add it)... The only good thing is the feature ZipLock, the rest is horrible.
