Issues.. When I place my order and try to put in the state name, a scroll bar pops up on the screen to select the state. I can scroll to select a state, but I cannot exit or get that bar to go down. It took a few tries to figure it out and put the state name in last so I could continue. Then there was the credit card acceptance issues...
Employee said it's decommissioned I used to love using this app for subway, but the last few times I used it (late 2015), it wouldn't take payment through the app. When I went to pick up my last order, it wasn't ready. The employee told me she didn't know why they were still allowing app orders because they were told it was going away. Yet there were still signs all over the store and right on the back of the register, facing the customers. I haven't been to subway since then.
Good idea. Broken app The idea of subway delivery is awesome but this app is broken and awkward to use. Why do I have to have my phone sideways? Why can I not leave the state selection menu every time I choose a state? Common sense stuff for an app developer
Little confused I don't know if I just can't find it, but it doesn't seem like there is any way to see recent orders. If there is no way to, that is really a bad thing and should be fixed.
Great food ordering app! Convenient, mostly easy to use.Make it more user friendly and I'll give 5th star. You can get what you want how you want, and to top it off, it will calculate your calories as you add toppings. Excellent for making better choices!
Doesn't work Used to really love this app, but recently, it won't let me use my credit card to pay. I've sent two emails, but no response. Lowered my rating until issue is resolved. If I can't get this issue resolved, I'm going to uninstall the app. - Update: No response from tech support. I'm uninstalling the app.
