This app is becoming like an add platform. The room lists are not updated; when you contact them, they will lead you to another place. I think this app is overated. Even, they said that they had difficulty finding a room that satisfies your own criteria.

We would like to extend my sincerest apologies.
We're posting the listings we confirmed. And it's difficult to update all the listings every day because the housing market in Korea moves quickly. We will try our best to improve the issue on properties listing on our system.

I have many experience with real state agents and agencies, this was by far the best experience I had, the manager Gio (이*송) was very kind, speaks very good English and he tried very hard to find a place that meets my high standars criteria. I tried 나이버부동산 and 직방.. 집토스 Its the easier to use, the people its more kind (and they are more willing to negociate apartment deals) The real state fee its the normal price, like any other normal street based agencies. Expectations are surpassed by far good

I just landed a great apartment thanks to Julie Song from Suyu! She's really nice and thought of things about my apartment that I hadn't even considered. She did a lot of work checking into how long my commute would take to work as well as how long it would even take me to walk to the station. She's awesome and I couldnt recommend her enough!
