I played since release. It's an Awesome turn-based strategy with great art concept and amazing characters which each can stand-out in their own way. Problem is that it's very difficult to progress to higher levels without spending extreme amounts of money. You can rather straight buy the resources which is super pricey, or you have to HARD grind it, which you still need to obtain resources to get your characters strong enough to grind, and you have to grind for a CHANCE to get a handful of them.

I love the Langrisser franchise, but this thing is waaaaaaay too monetized. I've already spent a nice chunk of change on it and barely have anything to show for it. Summoning odds are some of the worst I've ever experienced in an app game and it's probably next to impossible to advance at all without paying. (Even with what I've already spent, I can't do anything at level due to the currency-necessary itemization). Do not recommend.

The game has amazing art, the gameplay is simple enough, and the story seems interesting so far. The voices are a tad wonky(in english) but overall it's a great game. My only complaint is that the sounds can only be on OR off. The music and SFX can be a bit loud on earphones, especially compared to the voices. Having to turn the volume down for the music only for the voices to barely be heard. It'd be great if there was a dial of some sort to set the volume of each sound.
