The ads are ridiculous... I pay for cloud service and still gets ads? and the fact that the ads are videos before even getting into the app is horrendous. If they were just banner ads, fine. But now it takes 30+ seconds to even be able to view my cameras, so by the time I get in, I could have missed what I was trying to look at. Honestly looking into getting different cameras solely because of the addition of ads to the app.

This app is horrible now with the ads. I pay for cloud service, which isnt great as it is, and now I have annoying ads showing up everytime I open the app. if I get a motion alert, I should be able to open the app and see immediately what I'm being alerted too, but ads pop up and most of the time it isn't as easy as clicking x to get rid of it, most of the time when you click to get rid of it, it takes me to the play store, and when I finally can get out of the play store It starts all over.

Trying to check if someone is breaking into your house? Sure, right after you are forced to sit through a game ad FOUR times! That's right, you have to tap the x four times and wait a bit each time to refuse the game download. I understand the need to try and sell a subscription plan, but it has taken a full 60-90 seconds to get past that, and in that time someones safety could be in jeopardy. I'll be replacing these cameras with something else!
