Ratings and reviews

When generating reports I have to manually scroll through the dates (e.g. March 3 -15) but it would be better if there's a calendar feature to easily select the dates. And a desktop version would be superb. But overall very helpful and great interface. Straightforward. Intuitive.

Automatic monthly subscription option never works. I always have to contact them to send payment link. Many times I miss out on adding daily sales because they keep promising they're fixing issues. also all modifications I suggested to make the app better where never considered. The support service is slow and tiresome today I had a problem with subscription renewal on the restokeep app, after a lot of back and forth the sent me a payment link via email. I paid. only realised it was wrong link

The app is useful, but missing some very basic and critical POS features. (PENDING SINCE VERY LONG )Split payment is still not available, which creates daily issues in billing and wrong sales reports. This is a must-have feature for any POS system. Also, KOT management is incomplete — Request the team to urgently prioritize split payment and unified KOT management. IF OTHERS AGREE, PLEASE REVIEW/DOWNRATE SO THIS GETS PRIORITY.
