Update to 2 star: the Pack customer support is very helpful and addressed several of the issues. But the app still doesn't update for me and displays the wrong number of points earned. Original 1 star: I'm starting to think this rewards program is a scam. Half the products I buy, I cannot find on the app to submit for rewards. Convenia for cats? Not there. Revolution Plus? Not there. Invoices get rejected TWO WEEKS after being submitted with no indication why. What a waste of time.

Great when it works! I enjoy getting cash back on the things my pets need, it just takes a long time to get the app open. I tend to have to click on it several times before it decides to open, if it opens at all. This has happened before and after updates- ever since having the app for about a year now. Wish it would just work.

There's very little to the app, and I can't seem to find when/where I've submitted receipts for my dog's medication, so I don't know when, if ever I'll get a rebate of any kind. The walk tracker doesn't work at all on the live version, so I'll just be putting it in manually from now on. And the manual version offers zero adjustments, just an estimate. Mostly just feels like a cute but inefficient way to track my dog's habits until I see any results.
