I am locked out. I have downloaded the app and it wants to do a sms verification. Which I can not receive. Very frustrating. I wish someone could contact me at a different email address. I have reached out to zoho more than once from a different email and have not heard anything back from them. This is my work email and i am missing out on a lot of emails. Please help!!!

Can't log in. Browser asked I use OneAuth, QR brought me here. sign in via Zoho didn't work as it needed to 'verify my identity' whilst providing no way to do so. Only button on the screen said SAML which raised an exception 'string too long' Sign in via QR did not work either as it recognised the QR and then did nothing; no buttons on screen did anything and I was stuck on that page too. breathtakingly useless.

I was seriously advising zoho apps for my clients, but this experience completely changed my mind. I tried signing in to my old account using the correct credentials, but it forced me into the authenticator app — and ironically, the authenticator itself wouldn’t allow me to sign in. Without that, nothing is accessibl
