Zoho's Backstage mobile app ensures that attending an event is no longer just an exercise, but an experience to be remembered. Get event information, respond to speakers in real time, customize agenda, and more, all in a single app. 

Impersonal events built around scripted touch points and non-interactive presentations don't allow attendees to get the complete event experience. With the Zoho Backstage app, attendees can interact, customize and give feedback right from their mobile devices.

App kept crashing when joining sessions. Could not participate in online q&a from Android phones (several different Android models were tried)

Used at international hybrid conference (Zoho Backstage for running/recording sessions; Backstage for Attendees as user interface). Chaired symposium and tried to use mobile application to post questions. No positives. Hard to navigate/search. Saving recordings required technicians to close and reopen session, involving many separate steps, forcing remote participants to rejoin each time. Bad app navigation. Questions accessible only with video playing. Audio somehow audible despite phone muted

Slow, constantly brings up feedback form, hard to find the current session
