Wonderful CRM experience. The setup process is pretty straight forward, just takes a little time to import contacts. I have been navigating from desktop, laptop, and my cellphon with ease. I like the layout, and my favorite features are the note and email features because it keeps all communications and updates in one place. I am looking to add VOIP and will update my review after doing so.

Bigin is a great CRM for small business and offers a variety of features. While being simple it made some things very easy for me that more expensive CRMs did not allow me to do. One major thing for me was that I could transfer my notes with little hassle. Any CRM user knows that without the notes that the contacts have little use. It also allowed me to keep the date registered for each lead which made organization easy. With solid features at a great price you don't have to look further.

Bigin by Zoho CRM has impressed me with its clean interface and simple setup process. Even as a new user, I found it easy to navigate and configure basic pipelines without any technical support. It appears to be a practical tool for small and growing teams who want a streamlined sales process. I am looking forward to exploring its full capabilities during the trial period.
