It doesn't start. When I tried to start the app after install, it shows "Error occurred while initializing app. Retry?" again and again. I logged in by my Gmail account.

You can configure your accounts via POP on the desktop site and the same will reflect on the app as well. Do send out an email via the inbuilt feedback form of the app with your contact info and we will send over the instructions on how to carry out the same.
