I don't know what happened to this app, but it's literally impossible to edit email drafts after you save them as "drafts". At first, I thought it was my phone. But it's not. I tested. Once it becomes a draft, it disables whatever keyboard you're using. Even if you try to cut and past into a new email, the keyboard is STILL disabled. The app in general just has too many bugs to use. So now I'm shopping for an email app that works. Because this issue has been going on for a couple of months now.

I've been using this app exclusively for a few years, it's OKAY, but it has so many small bugs that really affect it's usability. Sad that they don't seem to notice or care. Example, if you're reading a long email and need to zoom in to see a small chart it moves the entire email way up or down as you zoom so you completely lose your place. Extremely frustrating.

This is a pretty good app. There are only a couple of things I've found that I don't like. 1. It doesn't show the pictures in my emails without clicking to show the pictures. I would prefer that it automatically show the pictures. A setting that would allow me to choose this option would be great. 2. I would prefer that the Inbox would show me all my emails. I can work around this,however, using "All Messages" under "Views."

@Gary, thank you for sharing your feedback. You can set the option to Load external images as "always" within the settings on the desktop site (mail.zoho.com) and the same will take effect in the app as well.
