The app is experiencing an issue. Whenever we miss a chat, it suddenly starts to drain the battery. It feels like a process is spawned and it goes in a infinite loop because we are not able to get rid of notification that we missed the chat. we checked our phones battery and it shows zoho sales iq is eating up all the battery. the phone gets extremely hot. This happens in all the members who have this app on their phones.

With this version it's hit and miss on whether i can pull up a missed chat. Some pull up as expectwd, and others it just spins indefinitely, forcing you to give up and back out of the chat details. This version follows a major update on the salesiq portal so i'm sure there's some sifting to be done. Desktop web portal works just fine, and the last time there was a major salesiq remodel, the android app had the same issue. It was eventually resolved and this time i'm sure it will as well.

Edit: about 12 hours later and suddenly I'm getting ALL the notifications... Must take time to become active. Notifications do not work... Which is kind of the entire point of it, to make sure you don't miss contacts... Followed all suggested steps from help docs... (basically just 'make sure battery isn't optimized and verify notifications are enabled.')... Not really good out of the box operation on a Pixel 5. The web interface is much more intuitive... Supposed to be the other way around!
