Liking the app so far. Wish the notifications would clear if I open the tickets from the app (as opposed to notifications). Also sad to to see a full integration with SalesIQ chat, like real chatting as opposed to replying by email. WhatsApp is so cool! Hoping to see same support for IG and Messenger. Please keep the development going, such a huge potential for businesses on the go!

Could be better, needs to integrate better with other fresh works apps I would like,e to change my 3 * to 5* as I made a mistake, the original review was for a different app and not zoho. I love all zoho products that is why I recently moved to them solely for all my business needs

I use this app most days, very useful. Good design and features. One thing I'd love though.. easy reminders to come back to someone email reply (either in this app or the Zoho Mail app, preferably both!)
