The app is so slow. It takes up to 5-10 minutes to update your inbox if it even works. Half of the time it will load of minutes and then show a box "an error occurred, please try again later". The point with an app like this is to be able to check you tickets on the go. So when you are busy and have 10 minutes to check, but you then spent your available time waiting for the app to load instead of being productive, the app just becomes useless.

I would love to have a 'do not disturb hours' option for this app. I don't want to be notified out of working hours with notifications from work. A great app! 😃

I am tried of being asked to rate the app every time I interact with the app. If rating the app doesn't make it stop I'll probably switch to a different ticket system.
