Horrible does not work after the update. As a few other people have said I had put some of my kids devices on pause, now they are stuck . I called Wyyerd, and they tried to take me off the admin list . That did absolutely nothing. I think I read a review from Brandi G having an identical issue. im getting the same message " sorry there was a delay try again". DO NOT GET THIS APP IT IS NOT WORKING. this app is actually making certain things totally inoperable. DEVELOPER FIX THIS ISSUE.

I think the service and company is great. One thing though, I set up multiple networks with the stock router they gave us, but it only shows the devices as online that are on the same network that my device is on. What I mean is, if I put my device on an isolated network, the app will only show my device as online. I would like control over multiple networks or to at least see all the devices that are on my networks. Thank you.

The internet is good but the app is bad. Everything takes forever to load, especially switching between tabs which triggers a reload. Have a problem with internet today? Yes? Then you have a 50/50 shot at the app actually loading anything at all. Works okay when internet is fine...except the loading time. But if internet is bad and you need to restart your router..idk...maybe it requires internet to reset the internet.
