Hi. I recharged phone balance for 1000 rs two days back. Havent had any significant phone activity except a 2gb weekly internet load up. And now the rest of the balance was expended i dont know where. The second time this happened i cant explain how or where all the money went. I need this addressed or explained thank you.
You can't even register your phone number without the app crashing. I only wanted to speak to customer support but instead of providing a helpline number Zong directs you to download this app... Which doesn't work. I look forward to your utterly pointless reply of, "please email customer support!"

Very Nice App but trouble for registering MBB number because me couldn't receive PIN in my MBB inbox, some time i receive and mostly device don't receive PIN in inbox. This happened on my Zong Fiber Home Device LM53SL. I think this issue is on device , device some time unable to receive PIN. Kindly transfer login process via Email and Password so it would be easier for login. PIN code is good for security reasons but this should be one time or when linking numbers to email account.
I got my old sim replaced zong awarded me1GB free internet which is still not used as the speed of my warid 2g is 100 times faster than zong 4G. Very bad cellular service in Pakistan.
This is a very bad app. I recharge my account if i cant use my balance in 15 min or cant take any internet packege my balance is automatically become zero.i call almost 20 time to you help line 310 their are such a stupid person on the call center who cant understand the problem of the people. They said you use internet but i cant on the mobile data the very bad company warid is very good its 3g has more speed then 4g of zong. I send you an email kindly check it.
