Great, Transparent and Reliable service Previously, I was delivered the same car I had booked in good condition & everything was smooth. Recently, the car I had booked was not available for some reason and I got an upgraded one as a replacement and a flexible trip timings..! & some credits :) Just happy abt it ..! Good going Zoom but someone is Revving up too in the race ;) good luck..! One draw back is when there was a minor accident, I wanted to reach dem & query about how to deal with the third party but I was kinda disconnected everytime
Overall it's good. But needs improvement in maintenance of vehicle I was booked mahindra XUV long back. All the things were good as per our expectations as informed by my friend. Only thing is that the car maintenance was not proper. Clutch assembly was not in that much good condition. The interior was not cleaned properly it was delivered from other customer directly. Seat was in teard condition. At least before delivering to new customer zoom people should check these things so that customer will feel happy for the service.
Liked it. But has some glitches At peak times, even the booking was made long back, the customer care will call us and will say that the car is not available and asks us to choose some other car. Sometimes this happens when you reach the pickup place also. It would be better if you handle these instances properly coz it will be a prblm when someone is in a real hurry.
POOR QUALITY and Service Booked weeks ahead. Read lots of -ve reviews. Rescheduled in anticipation. Paid in advance. ZOOM Rescheduled pickup time. No executive at pickup spot. KA03AB9231 with lots of dents, bad condition and damaged seats asked to consider or cancel. Failed to arrange alternate vehicle. ZOOM CANCELLED ACCEPTING IT'S POOR QUALITY SERVICE. ZOOM DOES NOT CARE FOR QUALITY. Waste of time, money and mood. EXECUTIVES talk on phone and ZOOM takes NO action to improve quality.
The feel of Zoom I have only one problem with Zoomcar. The logo on the car and the yellow plate makes you feel cheap on the road even if you are sitting in a SUV. Zoom should remove this logo for sure and try and give non-yellow plate cars. Otherwise, I would have used Zoomcar but this problem stops me.
Worst on field services Poor car maintenance, no on field executive. You will be made to stand if no executive is available and the customer care will threaten you for legal action if you ask why there is no executive. They will give lame reasons and to complete the trip they even ask you to give the car key to some one who is not connected with Zoomcar. And also the customer Care will ask you to throw the key into glovebox if no executive is available.
