Hi, I had booked KUV and i have a good first experience from Zoomcar. Following are some suggestions: 1. I understand you have strict policies regarding driving licence. In the case where image is not clear instead of declining you should ask users to upload supportive documents as passport, pan card,adhaar card which proves users identity. 2. While sending refund money they should ask where to send refund. Wallet or bank account. I got refunded my deposit amount in wallet but the problem is while transferring money from paytm to bank account they charged us 2.5 % extra money. Why should we pay extra money in this case. Please please improve on this.

I got stuck in a massive traffic jam in shimla , so i tried to extend my journey but i was unable to do that . I talked to their customer care executive but still they denied to extend our booking. Hence i was charged 8180 rs as late penalty for being late for 7 hours. Now they are threatening me with legal implications. Idk what is the use of the extend trip option , if they dont want us to extend our trip. I guess they just want to loot peoples by using such cheap means.

Being a five time user, I find zoomcar a very convenient way to rent a car for short commute. I was fortunate to get cars in excellent condition for most of the times but must know that we can't always expect an excellent car. The vehicles are fairly well maintained with proper AC and music system. Have your own Aux cable and don't expect the Bluetooth connectivity to work. Personally find it over priced for long distant commute. But the hassle-free nature of app does compensate the price to an extent.

Zoom services are waste of time. While searching it shows available. While making payment it will reschedule the time without customer and confirms the booking. In return when asked customer care they simply charge 50% amount. Dnt get fooled by this cheap zoom services. They are into cheating customers and get away with money.

Zoomcar is the worst car rental available till date. Guyz please dont book any car from zoomcar because they will charge you 10000₹ if something is wrong with the engine also. I have been charged extra 10000 for the improper maintenance of the car and till now they are asking me to pay money for their irresponsibility.

Are you guys serious, I wanted to book a vehical from Chandigarh to visit Shimla, I contacted some local tour n travels also, I am getting Mini cars with AC and Driver for 7/- per km and SUV at 10/- per Km with AC and driver. And you guys are charging Minimum of 10/- per km to a maximum of 16/- per km for Mini cars without driver. And you are charging Minimum of 16.66/- per km to maximum 21/- per km for SUV. Why would anyone pay so high rates and get tired driving. Funny you still have customers

Also I pay all booking amount in advance. After I complete my journey I applied for refund amount and your system is told me your refund amount transfer to your account but now till date my refund amount is not received. I was happy with the service till I dropped off the vehicle, however the refund and reimbursement process has ticked me off extremely. 1st they forgot to reimburse the fuel bill which they later did. 2nd I had specially filled in full tank before giving back the vehicle. when I received the vehicle it was full tank and during my trip ( around 580km) the tank had emptied only a little more than half, so I did not have to refill at all when I returned the vehicle. However, during the last hour of the booking period I received a notification from zoom car saying that if I return the car back with full tank they would give me 500 zoom credit and reimburse my fuel bill as well. Now when I am asking for the 500 zoom credit they are saying that the vehicle was returned with only 66% fuel, which is a lie, since I filled the tank full on the way to return the vehicle just 7km away from the dropping station. Harassing customers and Calling them a liar is not at all cool zoom car. I hope you guys are listening.

One of the worst experience till date. I had updated the app on 31/05/2017. I was trying to book a car and the amount was deducted, after that i get an error meesgae saying something went wrong please the logs. I tried to call customer care, they dont have a feature to direct the call to an executive. I tried to submit a request in app and its not easy, and am not sure whether the request was raised or not because i sont have any acknowledgement. Zoom Team, advise how to proceed on issue.

I am a regular customer for zoomcar since 2 years i have booked zoomcar and driven it many times but now they have made 20yrs of minimum age for booking a car. Government of india only permits the age of 18 for driving license but this zoomcar had made 20yrs for booking. If this happens we need to change on other car rental companies. Most of the zoomcar users are collage student who are at the age of 18yrs. If zoomcar does this the it is a loss for zoomcar itself as the company will lose a number of its customers. Kindly dont download this app untill u have croassed the age of 20 When will u change rhis system am from when will i be able to make the booking again.

Just changed the Rating from 2* to 4* based upon the recent excellent experience of using the service from Bangalore Airport for 3 Days. Absolute transparency in the deal. Zoom is so keen to process early refund of deposit and fuel bills that even though I'm not getting time to upload my bank details, they're sending me mails after mails to send details for refund. Few Suggestions The Airport pick up and drop for Bangalore does not clearly comes out in the App thus keeps the hirer guessing. The advance bookings must be promoted with better offers for booking months in advance. Your promos are all for booking closer to the date of use. Advance bookings with full payment as such would be better for Zoom. Some warning system may please be incorporated for speeding beyond 120kmph. Takes off the focus of the driver to keep a check on speedometer, which is slightly risky I thought. All The Best Zoom 👍

Booked Zoomcar yesterday for the first time. Pros: - Car was in good condition - Deposit refund was fast Cons: - Despite being a first time user there was no one present while handing over car. This type of automated service is good for regular users but as a first time user I was irritated and puzzled. At one point the app said that it will lock the car whilst I was inside it. This was scary! - I was told extra kilometers will be charged at 12/km however I was charged 91 rupees for only 2 kms extra without any explanation. - Pick up and drop was more than 5 kms away from my residence however while booking it showed less than 3 kms. I had to waste a few kms just because of this.

Got cheated... I rented a car which was not in good condition so decided to give it back. I paid 7.5k for the whole trip and used it for a maximum of 8-9 hours. I claimed for a refund for the unused hours and they denied to refund. Made me call them several times in 48 hours. No clear update given. Did not ask me before renting the car to another customer in my time slot. I asked them to get the car checked in an authorised service station and give me a report of the car being in perfect condition but they denied and they claim the car is perfect without giving me a proof of it. What a cheap way to earn money !! Keep your customers money for free without giving them service for the same. Customer care executives very rude. Seriously shocked by the way this corporate is reverting.

Booked a zoom car from Siliguri for entire week trip and the car was not available when I reached the pickup point. They deferred the booking by almost 6 hours, now everyone knows what happens to a customer had they exceeded the booking hours by 6 hours or so. When I quoted them of an incident where a customer was charged 8000 INR for 7 hours delayed delivery post booking hours, they gave 200INR zoom credits ( What the hell!! ) What I lost - An entire day from my itenary compensated by a meager 200 bucks which otherwise a customer would pay 6000 bucks for the same This is unfair. Kindly understand this, sorry does not work in such situations, while you guys ruin our vacation.

After one day zoomcar realized someone had an accident and the car has a dent so they charge me with 4000/- as car repairs, although while returning the car it was cleared out that it is in the same condition. Zoom car service is becoming pathetic day by day. I have booked zoom car Scorpio 15 days before and selected thane high street mall as pick up location. Today one of your executive calls me up and says car is unavailable at the described location and I have to go all the way to malad to pick up the car. I asked executive that I am ready to do so but you have to adjust my kms as per the booking scheduled. He denied rudely. This is the second time I am facing this kind of issue. Very pathetic service from zoomcar and will not suggest my collegue or friends to use it from now on!

I had a great driving experience with Zoomcar kochi. Good car and friendly service. App UI and Booking process is easy, convenient and user friendly. I would suggest you to 1. Add more cars(Kochi) 2. Provide better music player(Atleast bluetooth connectivity) 3. Add more options on Refund(Receive directly to bank / keep within the account for next booking / Booking without deposit) 4. Start trip date and End trip date selection screen looks almost same. Add something that differentiate START and END.

There is some issue with the app,it is taking the wrong options,and i was over chaeged.I booked for 180.km free 12 hrs ,but later they said that only 60 km is free.i have to pay excess charges for 100 kms

Zoomcar is one of the best if not the best self drive services in india. Just are more strict on the condition of the cars.. one small scratch and you will be charged hefty amounts..
