Very buggy host app. Let me go one by one. I am on Android 13 latest version. 1. If I am in the middle of raising a ticket and by mistake clicked on the wrong option, there is no way to go back. I restarted the app and now installed the latest version, but the same issue persists. 2. Guests can rate hosts but hosts cannot rate guests. How unfair is this. I have raised several tickets asking how to rate guests who bring the car with scratches and dents. There is no solution to it.

I recently started using the Host App to manage my Zoomcar rental business. The app is incredibly user-friendly and has saved me a lot of time. I appreciate the features that allow me to book and manage my customers quickly, as well as the ability to track payments easily. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking for an efficient way to run their business.

Honestly, the zoomcar host app sucks! It keeps testing my patience before every booking. I am not able to fill the checklist for my upcoming booking. Is this how zoomcar treats their hosts? All you zoomcar people only care for your guests, and not for the hosts. The app doesn't even have your cc number. Remember, you are in this business, because of us "HOSTS". I need your app fixed, I can't afford to lose on fuel readings. Less than 1 star rating. Not even able to raise a ticket. Worst.
