I travel frequently for my chai patti business and have been using this app for a long time. If I have a 12-day tour plan, then I spend almost 6 to 7 nights on the train while travelling, and the biggest challenge is finding good quality food, which is usually not available. Last year, when one of my suppliers ordered my food from your app and since then, your app has become one of my essentials when travelling. Multiple choices to order as per the mood and hunger, and all are super satisfying..

I always had a great experience with this app. I have been using it for 1 year, but this time, when I was travelling & trying to order, the app faced a technical bug. When I entered my pnr no., it did not show my train details. The app was running slowly. I checked that my phone had no internet so when it came in full network, I quickly made an order as app started showing my train details. I ordered 3 deluxe thalis at Pune station. We all enjoyed our dinner. I'm satisfied with its team service.

All expectations are fulfilled by the zoop India app & its team, thus I took out time to write something about my experience with the app. I ordered food from udaipur station when I was on train. Due to poor network my mobile was getting hang but some how I was able to make order. I opted for cash on delivery as I was ordering for the first time from here. I thought the food will not come but I was surprised as food not only delivered on time but I also got discount for first order and coupons,
