Could be really cool I have a problem when booting into Arch Linux. Whenever I press 'Start Linux' a window appears that displays: Complete Action Using: ' and in the middle of the screen, 'No applications can perform this action'. I am running an Xperia Z2 on 5.1.1, with full kernel support of this app. If it makes any difference, I do not have the paid key.

This app is awesome. After I got it to work correctly it is awesome what you can do with it. Now I just have to learn how to use Linux.

You need to adjust your VNC resolution settings to match your tablets screen What happened to it? Really tried to get this working for a different phone simply because I didn't wanna have to compile Ubuntu myself, but it doesn't work on my lg, but it worked just fine on my Alcatel which is way cheaper, I am running cm12.1, maybe that could b the problem but that kinda sucks. Wasn't trying to use a different Linux app
My experience with linux only dates from the month before last (June, 2015). I have a Lenovo IdeaTab S2109A with Android 4.0.4 which I purchased mainly for the screen size. So, it's not "top of the line". I tried the Ubuntu 13.04 both large and small and the Debian large. The small Ubuntu image worked perfectly the others were erratic and would either load incompletely or freeze up. The small Ubuntu 13.04 works perfectly! Some tips: 1. Edit /etc/apt/sources.list to point to "old-releases" as Ubuntu 13.04 is no longer supported. This is necessary for installing programs. 2. Use the terminal emulator to do the installs as it already has root privileges and perhaps there is less trouble than when using the vnc. 3. It is easy to back up your image in case things "break" during installations as happened many times for me. You can then just delete the broken image and start over with a fresh copy of the backup. 4. Given the limitations of the small image, in my case I found it useful to install TexStudio on one image and then install LibreOffice on a second image. Both work perfectly so far.
Fixed Problem - Works Fine Considering the amount of tinkering i had to do with my own device, i was happy about the distro working on a rooted Kindle Fire (1'st gen) with CM11 installed. But for some reason on Linux 13.10 the internet program will not start up for me? Known problem? Or is it just me? Either way 4/5 Stars!

Please uninstall the Complete Linux Installer and make sure the terminal app is at the newest version, then reinstall Complete Linux Installer. If you still get teh force close please email: support@linuxonandroid.org Does not work! When i click Launch button, it prints Su in terminal but does nothing! It won't boot linux! Update: i'm rooted and have latest SUPERSU 2.46. All other rooted apps like greenify, xposed , Stweaks work fine on my Galaxy S2. I've tried two custom 4.4.4 roms, it won't work on them either! What is wrong with it? I'm using Ubuntu 13.10 small image BTW

You need to be rooted for this to work, and have a super user permissions app installed (superSU for example) Perseverance Took me 6 hours to get working..... I downloaded Kali Linux... complete linux installer keeps crashing so can't launch ....after searching I came across how to start it from terminal. sh /data/data/com.zpwebsites.linuxonandroid/files/bootscript.sh and then path to iso Still no joy because vnc password was wrong,,,, tutorial says password is Debian but it was actually kalilinux... i now have it working :)
Was Great app... Once worked perfectly on 1ghz 512mb ram. Now trying on Lenevo A7000 with 5.0 .. got error msg: " image file not found (storage/sdcard0/ubuntu/ubuntu.img) " in terminal.. Everything configured perfectly...Using External sdcard as default write disk. Give a solution for me.. otherwise I had given a 5 stars rating. Any how I appreciate ur work...
Needs updating The images need updating, they are 2013 old, apt-get upgrade does not upgrade the image, the password system is a bit broken, something's I don't know the password to, there's also no update app, so we are stuck in the year 2013, I'd like to see it work in different terminals
Buggy bootscript Only reason I give 2 stars is it works. Don't get carried away by the fancy video in this. I tried ubuntu. Not the same as the one shown in the video. Needed butchering the bootsceipt a lot to just get it booting. Also, the checksum is wrong. Always exist after checking. Comment out the lines for checksum for this to work
Doesn't even work Tried it on 3 devices LG samsung and a nexus none of them worked downloaded 3 images for each everytime I lauch it the app forces close.
