The app (Android) is super bad. Ultimately, I request a ride but it just loads / spins saying that it's looking for a driver. I never get confirmation that a driver is on the way. Sometimes the driver shows up sometimes the ride is canceled. It's pretty frustrating. If I didn't have a corporate account that pays for my cab rides, I definitely stick with Uber a Lyft. Way better systems. The drivers are always fine, the cabs are fine. They just really have to step there game up when it comes to t

It's better to call. The drivers are courteous, it's a lot cheaper than the alternatives and they take cash. On the other hand, the app is C.R.A.P. and it will give false confirmation on rides. I reserved thru the app because I found that in the destination I needed to go to, Uber and Lyft are ridiculously more expensive. Upon booking, I received an email the ride was complete but I was never picked up! This was about 20 min after booking. I had to call it in, book over the phone and used they provided the excuse that the driver must have accidentally completed the ride when confirming... I don't believe that for a sec because then that's just admitting incompetence. I ended up being late to the event I had to be at due to the 30 min longer wait to have another ride come thru even through my original booking was well in advance. Don't waste your time with the app because even when you book ahead, they come late or not at all. It makes me wonder if it's worth biting the bullet with Uber and Lyft just to ensure I'm on time.

It has potential... but it's not there yet. I love that I can pay cash, but that's the only reason I even use this app. It takes way too long to get a ride, IF you even can get one. Most of the time I wait for 30min to never when waiting for a pickup. After waiting a while, it just cancels the request on you and you have to start over again (and again). Also, although the prices aren't too bad (though higher still than Lyft & Uber), you don't know what you're going to pay for sure until the end.
