I highly recommend Dr. Reem Elaloul as an exceptional OB-GYN. She is incredibly calm, patient, and always listens carefully to my concerns. One of the things I appreciate most is her availability — she’s there for me on WhatsApp whenever I need guidance or reassurance. Her supportive nature makes every appointment comfortable and stress-free. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and never rushes through a visit.

Horrible experience and, useless app. Not able to book the appointment because the developer looks like a child who doesn't know how to create an app. Whenever you try to book an appointment it will give an error that the slot is not available. I tried a different slot same error then Called the hospital and found the same slot available. This app is just a showpiece not useful at all.

It was a very bad experience, I learned a lifelong lesson. The doctor is very good. The nursing staff is also good and some are OK, but the billing staff is very inefficient and if you go to someone with an application, they become a separate officer.
