Customer Service Sucks! Try to contact them to resolve issues...all links on site to contact them lead to a few different emails. The auto reply saying they respond in less than an hour. I am going on 4 days with no response after numerous emails. I Googled their number, talked to a person who said I will get a response in less than 30 minutes. It has been two days with no response since then.
Developers ROCK! I emailed the developers to report some irritating glitches and to my surprise, they actually called me to let me go into details about the issues, and voila, within 24 hours I received an email stating they had fixed the bugs and the app was ready for an update. I updated it yesterday and it's fabulous. They are on it! I guess I just never expected them to have such great costumer service, simply because this day & age, EXCELLENT customer service is harder to come by. 😊 Shout out to Brian C! Thx
Great price bad support I had tenant fill out application and there was no one to help when they got error message. I had to email them and wait for response.
