I absolutely love this service, and drivers seem to like it too. It's definitely still a work in progress, as sometimes communication with certain restaurants is slow. I once had an order cancelled then delivered anyway. The number provided to call for questions was someone's personal number who seemed offended I had called. The app itself is pretty clunky but IMO loads faster than other food delivery apps. I've not had issues with it forgetting who I am as others have mentioned.

Privacy link crashes app. I'm a delivery driver (3500+) and was excited to find a local response to the giants, but signing up with email and logging in, then clicking the Privacy tab repeatedly crashes and reloads the app to the city selection screen. I won't be adding actual personal info and testing, much less figuring out how to drive for them, until I can read this 😬

Doesn't remember your address, which for a location-specific use app is ridiculous. Looks ugly and a bit clunky to use to order. Seems like a good idea but really annoying to use more than once. Every time pops up with "there's a new version" and restarted, even though I just re-downloaded. Uninstalled, will try website instead if they get more restaurants by me.
