About this app

Welcome to the new world of easy savings management! The Zurich ZIO Members App is the quick and convenient way to keep track of your workplace retirement and savings plan.

Available to members of company sponsored International Pension Plans (IPPs) arranged via Zurich International, the Zurich ZIO Members App allows you to:
- Get a clear overview of your:
o Fund Values
o Contributions
o Withdrawals
- Keep an eye on your underlying investment funds, units held and values
- Review your contribution history
- View your investment selections
- Check your beneficiary selections

You can also set your own personal savings goal so you can monitor how the amount of contributions you make, and your investments, are performing for you each time you check in.

And, with our latest updates, members can now use the app to:

• View their current investment strategies
• Check their funds and Fund Centres
• Change their current and future investments, provided their plan allows

Simply register with your Zurich International Online (ZIO) login details and then use Face and Touch ID to obtain real-time access to your details. If you cannot remember your ZIO login details, you can reset them HERE.

The days of boring, traditional retirement or savings plans looking after themselves in the background are gone, it’s time to make investing interesting.

Top of the main page says "Values not available due to multiple policy currencies". Quite a statement from the major international financial corporation. While the policy value can be converted to any currency on the policy summary page, what makes it so difficult to convert currencies and display the data on the top of the home page? Total value works on the web page despite different currencies, I see no reason why it can't work in the app, as well as total contributions and total growth.

App is great for easy access to your ZIO information. I experienced the issue mentioned below on my Android device but found that if I accessed Settings/storage and cleared out my temp files in storage the app is now working fine again.

Edit: Now it lets me login, after getting locked out and requesting a password reset. I used the updated password and it now works, which is weird. Now evaluating... --- It keeps giving an error "Your device credentials are not valid" and now gives a "your account is currently locked". I'm able to access my account thru the website login using my registered account username/pw/memorable number, but not in my android device using this app. SHould there be a button that says "login" instead of "register", since I already have a registered account ?
