I love this game and am on day 370 of a playing streak. Used to work fine. Then all of a sudden, it wouldn't give me credit for puzzle packs, drops out in the middle of puzzle packs, then won't let you back in. Also, you have to finish the entire puzzle pack. If you don't, you can't get back in and lose your coins as well. very frustrating!! I have also contacted support at least 3 times with no help. Sad because it seems a lot of people really enjoy this game! 😞

I have once again lost my 200± streak even though I haven't missed a day. The address banner at the top covers the top row so I cant see the letters. I have to close and restart the game after completing each puzzle or it crashes and wont give me star progress. I really enjoy this game and have for many years, but its becoming more annoying then entertaining.

this app keeps crashing. Almost every time I play it. Then I gotta close it and reopen it. Just feels like it crashes easily. Very annoying. Plus most recently, with the Word Seeker game. I have completed 3 games. And it shows progress 0 completed. That and the constant crashing are very frustrating. You all need to fix all these glitches or you are going to lose players and word travels fast about your game quality.
