I love the characters! However, it is very hard to gain enough "BREAD" in the game to level up in the game, so, in app purchases are an absolute must. Even after that, it goes extremely quick & the game doesn't show you how to gain/maximize each characters strength. So, you're setting around trying to figure this out for yourself or going to YouTube to search it out. This is not worth the effort as the game is laid out. Not enough tutorials, not enough resources, not enough ways to earn coins.

When I began playing this game, it seemed well balanced and f2p/low spender friendly. While you can still play without spending, Zynga has since made it much more difficult to progress, and constantly makes resources and heroes harder to obtain without money. They also downgrade what you've earned frequently. The game is full of glitches, and customer service is abysmal. I can only hope the downward slide stops, as it was fun before all these changes. In the meantime, don't spend on this game.

I've played this game for a while. I've had a problem for 2 months it will not let me use or accumulate my daiky rewards. I've sent requests 5 times to the support email and they literally told me verbatim they will no longer accept my requests to fix due to their inability to figure out what the problem is. everything else in the game works but when it gives you the daily rewards no matter what it is it will not show in my inventory or allow me to use any of it. I've sent proof dont recommend
