Update: and if it wasn't terrible enough that there's an ad after every MOVE, it went from a 5-second video to a 15-second video that you have to watch. I don't think I've ever seen so many ads on any game ever. This app has so many ads that now I have malware. I had recently had an update and had a response that the app would "work on" the ad amounts, which of course, didn't change and now my phone pops up an ad whenever I open the app up.

I used to love this game. If Zynga would just stop adding stupid updates, and stop trying to fix things that aren't broken, we MIGHT be able to play a game or two (gasp!). Your latest version is AWFUL. It won't load, it lost all my data, the ads are ridiculous, the game is frozen longer than not! So frustrating! Before your marvelous IT Department replies, YES, I've tried everything! Eleven years of playing down the drain. Sad, but I guess nothing lasts forever!

Pop up ads constantly while trying to play, some freeze game and you got to restart device to get off. None of my other apps are doing this. Un-installed before for game problem guess got to again nothing changed for the better since "upgraded " to 2 it's going to spam ads in the middle of making a word if it wasn't for the friends I've played with for years I'd never have reinstalled it again I use to tell friends about the game now I tell them don't waste their time
